So I officially start training for a half marathon this week.
I've been running since the summer, but just decided that I wanted to do a half marathon. It's either really ambitious or really dumb I haven't decided yet. I've never run further than about 4 miles, so this will definitely be a challenge for me. I found a training program that I should be able to stick with without getting overwhelmed.
Since I've taken the last 2 weeks off from running/working out I'm ready to get back into it. And what better way to jump back in than to start half marathon training right??
